Chances of getting the virus from clothing is very low. The virus tends to live longer on smooth surfaces, e.g. smartphones. To be extra careful, change into fresh clothes when you get home and wash your hands after taking your clothes off.

Walking or jogging outside for exercise is fine, but don't stop to have a chat with your neighbsor. Just wave from a distance. If you need to talk, have a 2-3 m distance between you and keep it short.

Hands - wash or disinfect frequently Other people's saliva (spray): avoid closed spaces, poorly ventilated places, close-up conversation He says daytime trains usually have open windows + ppl aren't talking usually so are fairly safe, but

It is just another way to administer tests safely. (It also doesn't work in areas where ppl don't drive/have their own cars of course, e.g. much of Tokyo.) Some places are already conducting drive-through testing, e.g. Nara. Chiba city also.
