Many are shutting down totally as of Monday. Some (eg Saitama) has cancelled classes but are keeping schools open. Some (eg Ishigaki, Okinawa) are remaining open.

The professor thought that Japan was at Stage 3, Paranoia when this was broadcast in late January. I think it’s still there, but also straddling over to Stage 4, politics. Other countries are at different stages. Think about where yours is. 2/
